This Weekend.....

Yep - 2 post in a row - holy moly - I'm on a roll!

Tomorrow morning Mr. "S" and I are taking the bike for a little ride out to his brother's house for the weekend - I just checked out mapquest and it's 106.44 miles one way!!! YIKES!!! I've been to his brother;s house before - several times - just not on a bike!!! My butt is still trying to adjust to the whole bike thing. My seat (if that is what you want to call it) is like sitting on a brick!!!

Mr. "S" was joking with me telling me I should get one of those Donut Pillows for hemorrhoids!!! I was telling his brother about it and he said that I could probably just paint it black - write Harley Davidson on it with an orange marker and get a skull sticker for some added flare and he would think it's a new bike accessory that Harley came out with!!!! LOL

I was joking around saying I was going to take advantage of the Tax Free Holiday weekend and go buy some of those old woman panties with the butt pads attached!!! HA! Wouldn't that be a trip!!!

I told his brother to have the ice packs ready for me when we get there!!!! The torture I go through to look cool on a bike behind my man!!! Is it even worth it??? Probably not!!!

Yeah - I'm still here and there and everywhere!!!!

So where do I start - I guess I'm just gonna jump right in.

Mr. "S" and I are moving back to the city H-Town!!! We just can't take the drive from the lake house (to and from work)! It's a killer (I lose 4 hours each day of "ME" time - I'm in the car an hour each way and I'm at work an hour early and an hour after work - it stinks)!!!! We knew what we were getting into when we moved up to the lake - it was just something we needed to do!!!

We are keeping the lake house - just moving into a 1 bedroom apartment!!! This was our original plan to begin with. We just couldn't afford two places and pay for all the repairs we were doing on the lake house!!! We are both sooooooooooooooo EXCITED to be back!!! =)

We have had a lot going on in the past few months.

We had Lil Miss "H" for the summer! That was GREAT! We had a total blast with her! We did a lot of fun things while she was here!

Mr. "S" bought a Harley! Which is totally sweet! I can play normal girl during the week and biker chick on the weekends! LOL =) It works better this way with my split personalities! HA - I'm just kidding about the split personalities - what ya see is what ya get with me!

Well, I have so much to blog about! I just don't want to overwhelm yall on my first day back!!! =) HA!

Now that I'm here I might as well write something!!!

We haven't had a whole lot going on. This past weekend was nice - laid back! Oh wait - I do have a funny story I could share! Me, Mr. "S", his brother Shane and his son Cole decided to take our golf cart (gold cart for Kristin) for a late night cruise around the neighborhood - aka "the hood" <---- that is what I call it - it's not really a hood!!!! We live in a very quit and peaceful (except for us) subdivision!!!! To us it's almost like a retirement community!!!! HA!!!! Any ways back to our golf cart cruising - Cole and I are on the back - I'm thinking Mr. "S" is about to stop the golf cart in our back yard so I let go about the same time he speeds up - that's what I get for thinking - I pulled a tuck and roll right off the back!!!! It was not pretty - very clumsy like - I'm just glad I didn't get hurt!!! I have a few bruises but nothing major!!!!

Can you believe it's already June 1st? Wow, this year is flying by! Mr. "S" and I will be married for 3 months on Thursday! I still haven't changed my name! Bad me! I did the social security part just not the drivers license part! Only because our drivers licences place made such a HUGE issues about our marriage licences being from Jamaica! Whatever!!!!

June 12th Mr. "S" and I are taking a road trip to go pick up Lil Miss "H" for the summer!!!! We are soooooooooooooooooo excited!!!!

That's about it!

Just living life to it's fullest and having fun doing it!

I felt the need to wish myself a HAPPY BIRTHDAY - it's my blog - I figured I could do what I want with it! Nothing wrong with that...right?

Mr. "S" and I are meeting my dad and brother for dinner tonight at the very yummy TEXAS ROADHOUSE!!!!

Mr. "S" ordered me a Piña Colada birthday cake from my favorite local bakery!!!! I can't wait to try this flavor out - I usually get Strawberry Bavarian with chocolate covered Strawberries! Like this one - this was my birthday cake 2 years ago:

Crawfish Boil

Last weekend Mr. "S" and I went to a Crawfish boil at a friends house - the weather was horrible! It rained for at least two days straight!. We managed to make it to the party despite several roads in the area having high waters! It's amazing what people will do for Crawfish! HA!

Fishing & Fun in the Sun!

Mr. "S" uncle was down from Indiana. Sunday morning after I cooked breakfast it was time to head out to the boat dock to do some fishing!

Now we are moving on to Mr. Dare Devil Pop's and his golf cart craziness!!! Pop's thought he could drive his golf cart down this steep hill to get to the boat dock. Mr. "S" and I parked our golf cart at the top of the hill.

Well, he made it to the bottom of the hill - it's a good thing for the mud or else he might have drove right off in the water!

He is checking for any damages! No damages - just a lot of mud!!

Breaking out the chains and ropes! It's time for the truck to pull it up!

It was such a muddy mess!

As soon as they made it to the top of the hill the chain broke lose - they had to hurry up and grab the golf cart before it rolled all the way back down.

It was an adventure that is for sure!

Where I've been and What's new

I'm soooooooooooo sorry to the ones who really care!

I've had so much going on - you just wouldn't believe! Keep on reading and I will tell you alllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll about it!

Mr. "S" Ohio family was here for our wedding reception from April 3rd to last Thursday April 9th - which was wonderful! Lil Miss "H" was here too!!!! We had soooooooooooooooooo much FUN with her!!!!! I do have pictures but that will come later! I don't have very many pictures from the reception party - my head was soooooooo up my butt that day - I'm waiting for friends and family to share their pictures with me and then I will pass them on to yall!!!!! Let me just say it turned out great!!! The food, cake, weather, decorations, friends, family - it was perfect!

Last week I was driving into work by myself (1 hr each way) - working 1/2 days - just to get billing (A/P or A/R depending on which day it was) done! Then I would go back home to hang out with Mr. "S" daughter and family! I think there was like 20 family members that came down from Ohio! It was great - just very very very busy!

I was off work on Friday for Good Friday! That was a busy day! I told the lady (where Mr. "S" family was staying in one of the neighborhood lake house rentals) that I would clean it since I was off - that way Mr. "S" mom didn't have to pay the clean up fees! I was at that house 1/2 the day on Friday and I didn't even finish washing the bed linens! UGH!

Last Saturday?
Oh yeah - I was sick!
I think I caught a bug from all the Ohio people (they showed up sick and 2 people ended up in the ER on their stay)! I had a BAD headache and a BAD stomachache!
I woke up early and was back in bed by 9:30 and slept till 3pm!
I was supposed to work at Lowe's (10-7) but I called in for the whole weekend and then I just ended up quitting! I feel bad BUT......I just couldn't do it anymore! It just wasn't worth it! Like one of my friends told me - there needs to be some sort of life/work/family balance! I wasn't getting any balance - my life only consisted of WORK and it SUCKED! =( So I'm back to being FREE on the weekends!!! Woooooooooooooooo-Whoooooooooooooo!
I was putting in 60-70 hours each week! It was killing me!!!! It's soooooooo not worth it!!!!!!

Easter Sunday - Mr. "S" and I went shopping! Went to Garden Ridge (we had a $100 gift card from Christmas) we bought a new patio umbrella, black wooden letters that spell out last name (I'm going to hang them over the front door in the living room) and a few other things!

So there ya have it -
That is where I have been and what I've been up to!!!!
Now there is no need to miss me...lol...I've caught you alllllllllllllllllllllll up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been crazy busy at work! Which is a good thing! Job security!!!!!

Oh yeah - we got our Internet up and working at home but our freaking power supply that goes to my laptop stopped working it just made a buzzzzzzing noise - I was freaked out thinking it was going to blow up or something...lol - I'm waiting for the new one to come in (it should be here today or tomorrow)! So the computer is just sitting at the house DEAD! =( boooooo-whooooo - It always seems to be one thing or another!!!

I'm excited about this weekend!
Saturday at 12:30 we have a crawfish boil "PARTY" to go to! =) FUN FUN
Saturday night we are meeting up with some friends at a local bar for a biker fun run thing they are doing. It's a benefit for a friend of there's that is has some medical conditions! They will have a band and BBQ! Sounds like a GREAT party to me! I just hope the weather hold up! I think it's supposed to start raining today and go through the weekend!

Sunday - we might go up to a lake about an hour away from us to see my dad and brother! They are fishing THIS huge bass tournament!!!!!!!!!

He did - he caught the biggest fish on Lake Conroe - while he on stage he gave my dad the keys said everyone was in tears!!!!! So I pray for them to win something this go around! Poor dad never wins anything! lol =) It's always my brother John!

I'm excited about this weekend!
It's been a long time since Mr. "S" and I have been able to just hang out! Between me working at Lowe's and us working around the house - EVERY WEEKEND - we are finally able to just sit back and take a break!!!!!! =)

I'm hoping to be back for good as of next week! I have a ton of post I want to do! Our 3rd Port of Call which was Mexico, the wedding reception "party", Lil Miss. "H" birthday party and whatever goes on this weekend!!!
